Breathe In

Relaxing can be challenging, nevermind finding the time to do it!  Usually, I manage to being a relaxation visualization technique when I lay down and close my eyes to go to sleep.  I have about thirty seconds before I'm unconscious from sheer exhaustion.

I have been given the opportunity to test out some essential oils lately.  I have been enjoying using a few drops of peppermint oil in a basin of steaming hot water.  I place my face a few inches from the surface, put a towel over my head, and breathe in deeply.  I find that afterwards, I am more relaxed and able to breathe easier.
